Dear lovely followers,

I’m moving to another blog called “Translating for Children and YA”, which will be dedicated to children’s literature and its translation:

Kindly take a look at it and if you like what you see please follow me there, thank you and I’m sorry for the inconveniences.

I’m going to start following you all there and then I will delete this blog.

Thanks again

List of Young Adult Dystopian Books

Although I no longer write monthly new releases posts, I’m still trying to keep my list of young adult dystopian books up-to-date! You’re welcome to send me a message if you think any should be added to the list (old or new), although please note that I tend to go with the narrow definition of ‘dystopian’. (There’s a ton of excellent ‘science fiction’ and ‘post-apocalyptic’ novels out there, but I didn’t want the list to end up being unhelpful because it has everything on it).

Real Life Books Hogwarts Students Would Read

Books within books! So depending on what House you were sorted into, these are probably the types of books you would be assigned to read.

Must admit, it’s a pretty good list.

I’ve always been either a Gryffindor or a Slytherin (the latter by Pottermore standards). Surprised? How many books have you read on your House list?

The Underrated Books Project

There are some books that just don’t receive the credit they deserve; the kind that barely anyone talks about and you just wish that more people would read them. I’m sure you all know the kind I’m talking about - there must be a few on your shelf.

I’ve decided to run a project dedicated to underrated books, series and authors in an attempt to spread the word.

Essentially the plan is create a huge collection of posts on books that are classed as ‘underrated’. Not only are you getting some awesome book recommendations, but you are helping the authors a great deal by getting their book out there.
